Fork positioners – efficient adjustment for varying load widths
The fork positioner offers a wide range of options for the hydraulic adjustment of the fork width, thus covering numerous applications. The standard model, in which the forks can be adjusted within the width of the forklift truck, is suitable for frequently changing load widths.
If a wide opening range is required, the ZVKG fork adjustment is used, in which the forks can be adjusted beyond the width of the vehicle—clamping of loads is not possible here. Models such as ZV, ZVP and ZVKG can be equipped with bolted or hooked telescopic forks and optionally a separate sideshift or sideshift valve. The integrated version is built directly into the mast, minimising any loss of load capacity and optimising visibility. In addition, the device can be designed to swivel, for example to empty containers, and the forks can be chamfered for transporting round goods.
